Supreme sends sentence to Sylejman Selim

“Z. Selimi is declared innocent of command responsibility for the points of the indictment for which the Court of Appeals had convicted him. By this act, the Supreme Court of Kosovo has modified the act of Court of Appeals of 2016 by changing this act of judgment and by lowering the sentences with earlier judgments”, Gashi has said.

We, Mr. Selimi will continue his defence by seeking Mr. Sylejman Selimi because he was previously sentenced for political purposes, and without any credital evidence”, Gashi has said further.
