Layne Morris was wounded and another soldier was killed when a 15-year-old Omar Khadr fought American Navy in Afghanistan in 2002.

The teenager was caught and spent the next ten years in Guantanamo Bay, where he was tortured and interrogated.

Now Khadr, 30, who has since returned to Canada, has won $8 million from the Canadian government after winning his suit of abuse as he had been in prison, reports “DailyMail”, Periscopi broadcast.

But Morris, who was blinded in one eye during the attack, says this news was like a fist in the face, reports Toronto Sun.

His wife, Lewisl, said Khadir's transport from Guantanamo to Canada in September 2012 was very secret.

President Obama took him to Canada in the middle of the night, and no one knew that. He certainly receives special treatment.

Special Forces soldier said he doesn't realize he'd pay his enemy even if they were tortured as minors in Guantanamo Bay.

Khadir's military court sparked criticism because he was detained at the age of 15 and was seriously injured during a four-hour battle in 2002 at Khadri's Al Lawyers and one's rights groups claimed he was arranged to be a child soldier and should be sent home for rehabilitation. They said Sper died in battle and was not a war crime.

A Special Forces soldier blinded to the attack by a Guantànamo prisoner who was given millions of Canadian governments says Justin Trudeau is guilty of treason.

Khadr was detained under a witness call agreement at his detention session, which would support defence claims that he was a child soldier forced to fight the US by a radical father who was a collaborator of Osama bin Laden.

We're not understanding this deal, but we don't think the government wants this case closed behind closed doors. I can't see anything but betrayal, Morris adds. It's something called treason. I'm worried, and Prime Minister Trudeau has to be fired, he says.

Canadian Omar Khadr (in this photo is seen at his home in Edmont, Alberta, in 2015) rewarded with $8 million by the Canadian government.

After his arrest, Khadr had spent 10 years in the Guantanamo prison when he was tortured long; he had returned to live in Canada.

After being arrested, Khadri spent a decade in Guantanamo Bay, where he was tortured during interrogation; He returned to Canada to live the rest of his sentence in 2012, and was released in 2015.

Khadr (on the right side is viewed as a prisoner at the age of 15 in the Guantanamo prison as a youth. The Canadian government said he was tortured at an early age, and in this case the United Nations conventions, for which he was even apologized, were violated.

In 2010 the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that the Canadian government had violated its rights by sending intelligence agents to question and share results with the US.

The government had also violated UN conventions against torture and children's rights, allowing him to be tried at the age of 15.

Khadr had killed American Navy soldier Christopher Sper (right) with a grenade when the marines attacked al-Qaeda base where he had found death. Speyer's wife is trying to ask the Canadian government to return the money.

Khadr had initially demanded $116m from the authorities before the deal was reached. He also received an apology in the form of words and was rewarded with money.

He says that at the moment there is a man who has reflected and changed and believes that the money will help him move from prison, transmit Periscope.

Tabitha Speer (the soldier's wife killed) is seen in front of her, Sergeant Layne Morris in 2010.

Omar Khadr (shown leaving the court in 2015) he was taken to Canada by his father when he was 10. He had returned to his country in 2012, and earned parole in 2015.

“I've never been angry or upset about what happened,” he said. It's hard that you know, getting a job or going to school and hard things for my past past reputation”, said Khadr./Periscopi/
