Sentenced Blamed

Jail capital punishment has pronounced Pristina's court on one of the guilty cases that has been handled by this court.

Education Limani, charged with giving money to file and gambling organisation, has been sentenced to 5 years and six months in prison, as well as 10 thousand euros in fines.

Edsim Limani is accused of organising unlicensed luck games in 2009 and even taking it out. According to the same prosecution, it has given money to eight people by profiting from money and real estate.

Limani has been tried in a long court process where the guilty victims had confessed to the way they received and paid the interest.
