This school allows students to smoke

This school allows its 15-year-old students to smoke during lunch break and other periods of rest.

Caroline Blenden, head of college “The Warakiri” in Sydney, Australia, has said he believes less restrictive rules will encourage children to continue going to school, broadcasting Express.

“In my school you could come with blue hair and metal on your face,” said Blenden for Daily Telegraph.
