Burim Kursan, the veteran known as “Bim Bima” was sentenced today by the Court in Pristina.
Repper “Bama Bima” accused of unauthorized production and processing of narcotics was sentenced by the Constitutional Court in Pristina by a year of parole and five hundred euros in fine.
At the initial review hearing shortly after Ferdane Sylejmani's prosecutor read the indictment, accused Burim Kursani, known as “Bim Bima” said she pleads guilty to the criminal act that is being burdened and promised the court that he would never repeat such actions again.
“For the first time I have fallen against the law and no other procedure is conducted against me, said the accused in case of admission.
Bajram Tmava, defence lawyer “Bim Bima” following his client's admission of guilt demanded from the court that, in the case of taking and publishing the sentence as a facilitator circumstance, bear in mind that his defender has pleaded guilty and that the same has never been convicted of any such work before.
Judge Valbona Selimi's chairman then announced the prison sentence and fine for the rapper.
“Bima Bima” must not commit any other criminal acts in the two-year term, if it does not wish that prison sentences automatically become prison sentences.
According to the indictment, accused Burim Kursan was accused of without authorization producing, producing, and preparing substances that have been declared dangerous as narcotics with the intention of selling and distributing.
The “Bim Bima” in April 2008 in his apartment had been found to be a small marijuana package, as well as various tools for preparing and processing the marijuana.
