The Court of Appeals from the beginning of the year until now has had 17 thousand and 99 subjects in which only 5838 of them have been resolved, taking into account the small number of judges.
So has the chairman of the Court of Appeals, Hasan Shala, announced at a news conference where he presented the work of this court's 6.
He said the small number of judges comes as a result of the huge burden of materials.
There are still unresolved substances that are expected to be completed within 2 months. The court has had a meeting with U representatives. AID on subject review. At the moment there are 37 judges, while the minimum number of judges should be 55”, he said, the KP reports.
Shala added that there are also professional collaborators and legal officials.
However, according to the chairman of Appeals, 332 more materials were completed than last year.
Shala has also indicated that the case of Prizren's president, Ramadan Muja, has turned into retrial.
