These are RAE requests for PAN

Coalition PAN has no confidence in the votes of communities' deputies -- Ashkali, Egyptian and Roma -- even though officials of this coalition claim they already have safe numbers.

MPs from these communities have admitted to television that they have their own conditions if they want to vote on Haradinaj for prime minister.

PLEX head Veton Berisha, who comes from the Egyptian community, has said that without the fulfillment of certain conditions that Haradinaj has already made, the vote is likely to be against.

Our stance differs from other times because we are interested in getting into Government, but with a stable entry and having certain conditions, a government plan that is in relation to us, and our position in the government is more powerful and not according to tradition that has been only with a deputy minister”, Berisha told Tribuna Channel.

He has said Haradinaj has had a good approach towards them, but that Berisha says this agreement must be done in practice.

“has been an extremely great will of Haradinaj, but we need in practice to ensure that our position will be better, to have more because we in all mandates have had a deputy minister who has been powerless and while there is constitutional and legal possibility we are interested that with the best positioned, eventually with ministers”, he said.

Ethem Arifi of the Ashkali Party for Integration also thinks. He says he has also been offered a post of deputy minister but has not been accepted.

I nominated Ramush Haradinaj has offered us a post of deputy minister, as we have had last time. But we really don't agree and we won't agree. At the next meeting we will come with our demands”, he stressed.

But Democratic Party of the Ashkali of Kosovo Chairman Danush Ademi indicated there will be no conditions in terms of voting for Ramush Haradinaj.
