Federal prosecutors on Monday asked an American judge for an order the court has issued for Martin Shkrell's drug company, as well as for fraud of valuable letters, arguing that his statements to the media could harm the jury and undermine the case, reports the judges, broadcast Periscopi.
Shkrell's lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, asked the court to refuse the plea on the grounds that his client had the right to speak freely.
