Police detail shockingly for the 19-year-old who jumped from the eighth floor (Video)

Police sources said the victim has been identified as Safete Bega, 19, and is from the village of Perond of Berat, while her co-existencer is named Arthur Chala, 33, and is from Fier's Topo.

These same sources confirmed that the couple was problematic and with criminal precedents for theft. Police are working on finding the cause of the young girl's palace throwing, whether she's thrown herself or pushed her to jump.

So far it has been taught that when she was thrown out of the palace, she was in serious psychological condition.
