Three labs in Kosovo extracted the fuel useless. The Albanian customs administration has confirmed that there are a total of 6 world oils, which the Kosovo side claims do not meet one of the quality elements.
According to this institution, this is a conflict between sellers and buyers, and until both sides resolve their claims, customs cannot interfere.
In fact, imported and stored oil in Porto Romano in Durres resulted within the standard, as tested by the technical Inspectorate, which certificates quality. But a second analysis of the amount to be exported is already expected in order to make a final decision.
But the return of oil from Kosovo and the lab results there raise questions about changing oil quality from import to export. The Albanian hydrocarbon market in the country has always been associated with doubts, which are often supported by official declarations of institutions, that oil in the country has problems highlighted with quality.
This fact is due to the mixture of the product derived from import, the oil produced in the country, or other types of thinrs, artificially increasing the amount, transmits visionplus.tv.
The conflict created between two businesses -- Albanian and Kosovo -- is nothing more than a testimony that the hydrocarbon market continues to have outstanding control problems, seriously damaging consumers and vehicles.
