The summit, held in Rome on May 28th 2002, and reports of reports between NATO and Russia have sought to build new value. In this summit, this council has established the Co-operative Council of Persistence and the establishment of the 1997 Co-operability, the foundation of the joint relations act, the co-opertion for security that requires the basics for Russian ties. - NATO. They have also established structural principles and a platform that develops reports between Russia and NATO.

The Russia-Nato Council has established mechanisms for consultations, building consensus, co-operative, joining a conclusion and joining NATO members, and the security issue in the Euro-Atlantic region, Sputnik International reports, Periscopi broadcasts.

The issue of the Nato-Russia Council meeting has focused specifically on areas that are affected by war, terrorism, the management crisis, weapons control, and the construction of credibility, defence missiles, co-operation between armies, defence and emergency reforms.
