The Mystery of the Drowning of Kosovars

According to divers Ismail Kasumi, these cases are due to the lack of rescues along the Albanian coast, as well as the lack of precise areas of how far citizens can swim.

All these drowning cases are a tragedy. Countries to which citizens can swim are not precise on the Albanian coast, rescuers are missing, and there are no observers. I would appeal to all the beach owners to determine these areas as soon as possible. In contrast, Kasumi has drawn a comparison to Montenegro's and Croatia's coast, suggesting that, unlike Albania, these two countries have exacted swimming areas and have observers on beaches.

The Kasumi diver has 50-year experience in realising the search-saving stake, in many cases with positive results.

In his interview, Kasumi has given some of the advice to follow in order to avoid shipwreck or to help endangered attendees.
