Kosovo's outgoing Prime Minister, Isa Mustafa, has said that the countrymen in the diaspora are “the Kosovo government”.
“They're key contributors to any success of our state”, Mustafa wrote on Facebook.
Kosovo's “Republic, its institutions and every citizen of Kosovo are grateful to every exile for the contribution and for annual visits that enliven us, grace the country, and provide us enormously”, says Mustafa's writing.
