European Union foreign policy chief Federica Moghrini met with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, and Serbia's Aleksandar Vuciq.
At the trilateral meeting in Brussels, Vuciq and Thaci will exchange their views on continuing dialogue on normalisation of relations, as well as developments in the Western Balkan region, the Moghrin Office announced.
Ahead of the trip, Thaci has said he will discuss how dialogue will continue in the new phase and targets intended to be achieved within the normalisation process.
Pristina and Belgrade have held the latest summit on 1 February.
The two countries have reached the first agreement on normalising relations in April 2013.
Technical teams have been met almost regularly for ways to implement it, but many of the agreed issues have remained only on paper.
Normalising relations is a condition for both Kosovo and Serbia to advance on the path to European integration.
Kosovo has already signed a Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the EU, while Serbia has opened chapters of membership negotiations.
