Mogher begins meeting with Vuciq

Talks are under way in Brussels between Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq and European diplomacy chief Federica Moghrini.

The library meeting between Vuciqi and Moghrin began shortly after 10:00 at the European Foreign Action Service building in Brussels.

After meeting with Vuciq, Moghrin will enter the bilatheral meeting with Thaci alone. And then they'll all meet together for conversation.
