Even though it was requested by prosecutor Charles Hardaway of MIlay Zeka, he will not testify in Limaj's trial.
Coalition MP P AN MIlay Zeka will not testify in the trial of Limaj and others for organised crime and abuse of duty.
Zeka's testimony had been sought by prosecutor Charles Hardaway in the trial, where it is for abuse of organised office and crime, besides Limaj, Nexhat Krasniqi and Andrew Shala are also charged. Part of the trial is Telaku Rescue and Florim Zuka.
The refusal of prosecutor Charles Hardaway's request made it known to Justice Chief Maria Tuma.
The prosecutor's proposal is rejected. The proposed evidence by the prosecutor is very general and nothing specific. This is the court's decision”, Maria Tuma said.
MIlay Zeka to be coalition deputy PAN in the ruling elections released on June 11th.
Zeka won 12,000 and 82 votes.
He joined the Initiative for Kosovo just before the June 11th elections.
