In the trial where Gazmend Mirena and Krenar Chocaj are accused of attacking Ledri Vula, defence lawyers and indictees did not appear at the courtroom.
At today's hearing of the trial review, there are state prosecutor Besa Limani, accused Gazmend Mirena and Crenar Kocaj, as well as Kosovo attorneys Asdren Hoxha and Kelmendi, under authorisation, and the damaged family representative, lawyer Tome Gashi”, Kaluldra said.
The chairman of the court, Becir Kaluldra, announced that there is no evidence that the same have accepted the regular invitation.

It is said that it is no contradiction that Chocaj and Mirna are his client's attackers and, according to lawyer Gashi, the entire attack on the Seal was meant for jealous motives.
The lawyer further demanded that the accused plead guilty and that they be punished according to law.

Chocaj and Gazmend Mirena are charged that on the night of June 7, 2012, they had attacked Ledri Vula after they had taken a car and taken her out of the car on one of Pristina's main streets.
With this attack, Ledri Voula had suffered bodily injuries.
According to the indictment, Gazmend Mirena has hit the pistol seal with a compass in his left eye and head, while Crenar Cochaj with an iron rod on his back and on his head. As a result, accused Mirena and Chocaj have committed slight bodily injury, while Mirena is also accused of the criminal act of using the weapon, which had served to beat the victim.
