Kosovo's Associations for Extinction against “similar Albanian-Serbian associates”

Five Kosovo associations dealing with finding missing people not only during the recent war in Kosovo, today, through an opinion announcement, have again reacted to a similar body that was created long ago at the helm of which is an Albanian and a Serb, broadcast Koha.net.

Associations have called this organism instrumentisation by daily politics and have demanded that they not be politicised or used for political purposes found.

This is the text of this announcement:

Opinion in Kosovo, past months, has faced several initiatives, which are more similar in experiments that create confusion and revolt, rather than serve to solve any problem. Months ago, President Thaci in the name of others unjustly founded the so-called Commission for Truth and Judgment! During that commission's establishment, it did not take the opinion of those who were required to reconcile, but for reasons known only to him, it was enough to invite only one person, Bajram Kerkin, and part of the instrumental civil society, which had nothing in common with the character of this commission. That Hashim Thaci does all sorts of experiments at the expense of others, that was not something new, but that has family members like Bajram Qerkeyni, who accept these experiments and become part of these low acts, that has been scandalous to us! We, on that occasion have voiced our opposition, while simultaneously offering our arguments against forming such a commission.

As if that were not enough, days ago the opinion was also announced with a good news, the founding of the new association “Source Centre for Missing Persons”, by Bajram Qerkeyni and Milorad Trifunovac. So Bajram Qerkeyni, had taken over to realise with Serbs a new version of the “Brotherhood Exchange”, and this is what he tries to accomplish through a very sensitive issue, such as the question of missing persons!

With the aim of informing as objective as possible, we inform the opinion that we underestimated associations are against this commission, respectively, against mixed associations with Serbs. Bajram Kerkinni and those behind him do not have our support and do not represent the issue for which we engage. They can only speak on behalf of their families, of course if they have their permission, but never on behalf of the families of the missing, whom we represent.

It is extremely offensive and provocative for us to act and cooperate with those who wanted to wipe out an entire population.

The so-called flagmen of reconciliation and co-operation with Serbs would primarily be flaggers of co-operation with Albanians, not its opposite. Milorad Trifunovic's soo with friends made Kosovo dozens of thousands of Albanians killed, missing, injured and raped.

Bajram Qerkeyni and those behind him, for families damaged by war, would have to serve as a model of commitment to bringing justice to the slain and their families, not as the opposite has become. Such games, such as this with the joint Serbian-Albanian association, which insult and hurt victims and their families, of course, are deemed to fail, but the performers of these games will remain in memory as persons who did not rarely act contrary to our will and not rarely rarely tortured us spiritually through such low-time games.
