That blood feuds among Albanians continue to live, even to remind the local media of Albanian diaspora. At times based on profit purposes, many Albanians cite fears of blood feuds as the motive for asylum in their respective countries or to flee exiles from those countries.

Finally, a 33-year-old Albanian from Kosovo has benefited from Swiss justice sensitivity to this Albanian anachronic phenomenon. He has even received confirmation from the highest degree of the helvetic trial that he does not make it back to Kosovo, as blood feuds are threatened there, writes the Luzernerzeitung.ch.

With the reasoning that self-trial in Kosovo still acts on the basis of fear of blood feud, the Federal Court, headquartered in Lozanne, has made a decision opposing the decision to expel Kosovo, which had taken the Lucerni Office for Migration, broadcast albinfo.ch. The office in question has no right at least temporarily to deport the 33-year-old, despite the fact that he had committed delices for which the expulsion belonged.

In the summer of 2015, the office in question had decided to expel him to Kosovo, preventing him from staying in the Schengen area. The Court of Canton and Lucerni had supported this decision. But according to the Federal Court, the Office for Migration by making the decision mentioned had neglected the fact that the person in question was in danger if he returned to Kosovo.

The basis for the Kosovo expulsion decision was very convincing: the one in 2011 and 2012 was charged with cross-border theft at gang level and on regular grounds, carried out in Germany and Switzerland, directly in Lucen, broadcast albinfo.ch. For all these dilemmas, the Lucerni prosecution had been looking for six years in prison while the subject is still unfinished, at the Lucern Criminal Court.

Kosovar had been arrested in France, on the basis of an international warrant. There he was married to a French man with two children. French authorities have extradited him in June 2014 to authorities in Lucern, where he continues to stay in prison waiting for the process to develop.

But what can happen to the person after he completes his prison suffering? He in Switzerland has no residence permits, while in France he is out of a deadline. France therefore refuses his admission, since the demand for return to France from Lucerny had arrived late. In view of this, the issue was clear to Lucerni authorities: Kosovar, following the suffering of punishment, must be deported to the country of origin in Kosovo.

And from there he, if he wanted to, could have asked the French authorities for a return to France.
Meanwhile in the complaint made at the Federal Court, Kosovo has stressed that in Kosovo it is threatened by humiliation and even death. That was because his pregnant sister was released from her husband for what his father had then killed the groom in 2012.

And despite the fact that Father had been sentenced to 40 years in prison, the slain had rejected reconciliation. In other words, she wants to bleed. Thus, Kosovo accused of deltas in Switzerland is threatened by the victim's family and at the same time does not enjoy state protection in Kosovo. He explains this with the fact that the victim's family has close ties to the government, politics and society in Kosovo, albinfo.ch conveys.

Such possible connections and the threat of blood feuds have had to be taken into account by the Lucern authorities, the Federal Court thinks, in order to rule out the danger of violence and inhuman treatment.
The Federal Court also wants to be clarified once again if French authorities would be willing to enable Kosovars to stay with his family in France.

The refugee aid organization (Flüchtlingshilfe) also considers the decision by Lozana to be fair, broadcast albinfo.ch.ch. According to a spokesman from her “there has been obvious shortcomings in clarifying the situation on the part of the Migration Office, while clarification concerning the risk to the country of origin should be standard.
While the organisation Amnest Schweiz says the action of Lucerni authorities is not an isolated case. “Even for criminals are worth human rights”
