Kelmendi: We're not for an extraordinary election, but we're also for the tutem.

Outgoing Deputy Prime Minister Ramiz Kelmendi has said in Rokum Roll of TV Rockm that if PAN doesn't have numbers, the opposition has its legal options.

“President Thaci knows that the Constitutional Court has changed many presidents, so it remains to be seen if it gives the mandate to form government there that has the numbers”, Kelmendi says, adding that he does not believe that President Thaci “violates itself to the Constitution”.

He says VV meetings are technical, and they don't have to do with the appointment of names or positions.

“During these technical meetings, they can access positions with VV”, he points out.

He has said that he does not vote Ramush Haradinaj for prime minister because he is in a coalition with the PDK.

“He is in coalition with a party that has voted the government's fall motion”, Kelmendi further says.
