KEK's big gaffe: Indictments Killed During the War for Debt

The Ilazaj family from the Suhareka village of Sopi has been shocked at the beginning of the month when she received an invitation to appear in court for their son, who was killed during the war in 1999.

The call issued on 4 July by the Prizren Foundation Court, the Suhareka branch, concerns an indictment KEK has filed for the late Muhamet Ilazaj, due to an old debt.

Family members have said this is a disgrace to the country's institutions.

Dardan Ilazaj says the move is a disregard for the values of war.

Meanwhile, at KEK and the Prizren Foundation Court, the Suhareka branch, they have said there has been a mistake after consumer names have been confused, KTV reports.
