Indictee for Murder Feeling Bad at Court

In the trial for the murder of Ismet Sfishta, accused Hysen the Sheriff was not in good health, thus becoming because the hearings were interrupted.

Hysen Sheriff is accused of killing Ismet Sfishin in Podujevo last year.

During this session his testimony about the Sfish murder gave witness Bujar Llapashtica.

Llapashtica, answering questions from prosecutor Ferdane Sylejmani, said the critical day had been in his house, while he had heard a gun crack and the sound of a car crash on the wall of his uncle's house.

When I heard the gun I first went out on the balcony of the house, and when I heard the car come back and hit my uncle's house wall”, said witness Llapashtica.

Lapashtica said that she later took to the street and found that a person had died in a truck.

“Then I left the house and went to the doors of my uncle's house, opened the door to my uncle's yard house and saw in the truck that the man was dead, so”, he said witness Bujar Llapashtica.

After the witness's hearing Bujar Llapashtica, State Prosecutor Ferdane Sylejmani requested that Fahmi Llapashtica, the uncle of today's witness, be told in court that the car with which Ismet Sfishta was traveling, hit the wall of his home.

But the court rejected the prosecutor's request with the argument that Fehmi Llapashtica is not an eyewitness to the event, while the damage to the wall of his house is mentioned in the device of the indictment, according to the court is not a matter of examination.

Hysen Sheriff is charged with being charged on September 16, 2016, near his home at “Hasan Ramadani” in Podujevo and for low motives, even though he was not directly endangered at the time, deprived of life Ismet Sfishte.

According to the indictment, Hyseni has acted in that way because of the ongoing disagreements between these two families and because his son was divorced by the daughter and now the late Ismet Sfishta.

Until Hyseni had returned from the city of Podujevo after he had opened the yard doors to get inside with his car, with his car approaching his car from the opposite direction, the late Ismet had also come with his truck”, said the indictment.
