The American state, Hawaii, has made another request to limit President Donald Trump's temporary detention, as a court has ruled that this state has taken the wrong procedure approach in rejecting administration policy earlier this week.
The Chief Prosecutor of Hawaii has asked a judge in Honolulu late Friday to publish a court order allowing grandparents and other family members to travel to the United States.
Last month, the Supreme Court of the United States has allowed the ban on travel with limited involvement to continue, saying it will not be applied to anyone who has dealt with a person or entity in the United States.
The Board of Trump has restrictedly interpreted this decision and has only allowed the travel of the closest relatives from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen, such as parents, marriage mate, and children, while not allowing the entry of those with the most distant relatives in America, such as grandparents or cousins.
Earlier this week, Hawaii has asked a judge in Honolulu for a court order under which the Supreme Court's decision to allow grandparents or grandparents in the United States would be clarified.
But this court said the lower courts have no authority to clarify the opinion of the Supreme Court of the United States.
Pardje, an appeals court, said this court could publish a directive against Trump's policy in the future if the American government wrongly applies the Supreme Court's decision to any individual or entity, which has been affected by the temporary stop of travel.
