Coalition candidate for prime minister PAN, Ramush Haradinaj, at a media conference on Monday, has said he has sent letter to Vetevendosje Movement (VV) and the Democratic League of Kosovo to organise a meeting to talk about forming Kosovo's next government.
Although the meeting invitation was quickly rejected by LDK and VV, in an interview for RTV Dukagjini, Haradinaj said that in late July the new Kosovo government will be formed, but that he hopes today, Tuesday, to meet the VV and LDK leaders
Analyst Ramush Tahiri, in a proposal for Telegrafi, has said Haradinaj's statement has said that his invitation to the two aforementioned political subjects is media propaganda. He said the bid for meetings against political parties should be officially made after the Kosovo Parliament's constitution. Tahiri also added that it must be the bearer of the PAN coalition winning list, Kadri Veseli, to present to President Hashim Thaci to nominated for prime minister.

On the other hand, analyst Belul Beqaj for Telegrafi said Hardinaj's invitation will run into deaf ears.

Even analyst Ilir Ibrahimi has said Haradinaj must prove himself in Parliament.
“Votates for Government are provided through a constructive and transparent negotiation”, he has said of Telegrafi, adding that Monday's invitation is part of normal development. “In many parliamentary democracies, the winner often fails to ensure the simple majority to vote on Government, and this is achieved through the votes of other parties”.
Otherwise, LDK chairman Isa Mustafa has responded to Haradinaj, saying he will not respond to the invitation because his subject will not enter into any coalition with the PDK. The deputy of the Vetevendosje Movement, Albanian Pantina, has also reacted in this regard, which has called the invitation unrealistic and unfair. While VV leader Visar Ymeri has said that with Hardine he will meet only when he (Haradinaj) “del from the coalition PAN”
