Germany willing to offer millions to rebuild war-torn Iraq (Photo)

The German government says it will massively increase its financial assistance in the northern town of Mosul, after being liberated by Iraqi forces, where it had been governed by subx0> Islamic State militants for three years.
Development Minister Gerd Mueller for the media group's newspaper “Fuke” said: “Now that Mosul has been released, we will expand our programmes, where this year alone we will invest 100m euros in reconstruction and stabilisation”.
Mueller also said that “We will save lives, provide school education and create jobs”, putting Periscope and energy supplies, construction of homes and medical care as the main goal of providing child care, airing Periscope.
The report says Germany has so far invested about 50m euros by stabilising some areas that have had the potential for risking another war in Mosul.
Mueller had recently visited a refugee camp, where he called that German support would enable, that 60,000 children would go back to school and provide 150,000 people with access to drinking water.
