His request by Judge Becir Kaluldra has been accepted today, Periscope reports, as long as the census takes place on Friday.
The accused Frasher Krasniqi is allowed since 28.07.2017 by 0900- 1500 and August 3rd by 8:00 until the end of the meeting, leaving his home due to the trip to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo to be registered as deputy and participating in parliamentary session”, the ordinance said.
If the accused fails to comply with this ordinance, the same will immediately be appointed detention measures”, the ordinance of Judge Kaluldra said. /Periscopi/
