The ban on stock and cover in Belgium is backed by the European Court of Human Rights, writes the Independent Word, Periscopi broadcasts.
The judges said the nationwide ban that went into effect in 2011 did not violate the rights to private and family life, or the laws of discrimination. The court said Belgium had the right to impose restrictions aimed at providing the principles of “co-existence” and “protecting the rights and freedoms of others”. /Periscopi/
