Valdete Daka, head of the CEC, has told “Index” That once the Supreme decision is issued and confirmation is received that there is no more complaints, then certificates will be made. All this is expected to take place within this week.
If there's any difference with those decisions we certified, and the moment we get confirmation that there's no more complaints we don't have anything and the certificate ends. We're just waiting for procedures. But within this week it is expected to happen”, it has declared.
According to Daka, there are six complaints in the Supreme Court that the court has 72 hours to review and come up with.
She said it's in the hands of the Supreme One that when the decision comes out, then the CEC will do its job.
There are six complaints in the Supreme Court, without deciding that we can't do anything. It's 72 hours, now it's up to them whether they do it today or 72 hours. They cannot be delayed because they are the Supreme Court, unless they decide today or until the end of the term, it is available to them”, it is expressed.
Otherwise, the deadline for candidates for MPs or political subjects themselves to hand over their complaints to the Supreme, was yesterday until 2: 00 p.m.
