Duke comments Panucci: That's why I chose an Italian

Albanian Football Federation President Armand Duka has commented on the choice made to place on Italian Nationalis Christian Panucci, as deputy De Bias.

He has explained the reasons that led to the election of another Italian coach to the National Red.

“80% of technical thought in the Federation, but not only, has been of the opinion that we should have an Italian coach, because their school has brought successful trainers. Italians are the most disciplined in the world for football, and discipline is very important in this sport. This is one of the main things we get Italian coach”, Duka said in an interview at Top Channel.

Asked why Panucci was exactly chosen, since in the coach's role, Duke has appreciated it, even compared it to Zidane.

We've dreamed of watching it on TV, and no more “live”. It's one of the biggest names in Italian football years. We should be honored to have him here. He did great where he trained. I can't believe there's less than Zidane”, Duka is saying.

Then, the head of the FSHF says he is already more concerned, as he remains to be seen how things will work out with Panucci at the top of the National.

He says that right after Panucci's officialisation, he received a message of congratulations from Gianni De Biasi.
