Draskovic: Kosovo is independent state, Serbia to accept Ahtisaari document

The “Albanians have accepted Ahtisaari's document, and some of its foundations have included them in the Kosovo Constitution. According to that document, Kosovo's union with Albania or the annexation of Kosovo or taking part of the territory of neighbouring countries” has been banned, says Draskovic for “Blic”.
He further says Kosovo has been forced to give up Albania's flag as its flag, so that the Serbian language and Cyrillic can be officially accepted throughout the territory, so that Serbs are guaranteed minimally 10 seats in parliament and its right in laws, which could violate the position of a constitutional people, broadcast news.
Serbia's “majority municipalities have been guaranteed a high degree of culture and economic autonomy, with justice in special economic and cultural ties with Serbia, high presence in police, self-government and judiciary”, says Draskovic.
According to him, in the Ahtisaari document, “all Serbian churches and monasteries in Kosovo, as well as their assets, are owned by the Serbian Orthodox Church with headquarters in Belgrade”.
