This decision by the department comes in response to a US court, which made a decision last week against these detentions, which the State Department had previously announced.
According to the interpretation of the decision to stop the trip from this department, visitors from Iran, Syria, Yemen, Libya, Somalia, and Sudan could only enter the United States if they had any good family members or relations in this country.
However, the department had stated that only marriage partners, engaged children, and siblings are considered.
But the state of Havana has challenged these bans by failing to comply with the interpretation of the State Department, the Supreme Court ruling.
Judge Pigeck Watson in Honolulu said the verdict should be empowered immediately.
President Trump's administration has asked the Supreme Court to block such a decision.
