According to data from the German government, Germany, France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine have agreed on immediate measures to further the peace process in Ukraine.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukraine's President Petro Porosenko. The four sides have agreed that the Minsk “peace agreement will be fully implemented”, in terms of <x2-political, humanitarian and economic issues, as well as security aspects”.
Chancellor Merkel and French President Macron encouraged the parties to continue their current dictatorships with the exchange of prisoners according to principle “all for” by year's end. The statement states: “Piles will take reciprocal steps to resume economic relations”. Details are needed as soon as possible to clear up.
According to the communiqué councillors of heads of state will meet in next month. Then there will be another phone call between the so-called Normandy format. This was the first conversation in this format after taking office from President Macron.

The implementation of a German-brokered peace plan has stalled for months. Petro Poroshenko singled out the last days of July as one of the bloodiest periods since the beginning of the year. According to reports by the Ukrainian Army in this short period, more than 20 soldiers were killed in fighting with pro-Russian separatists. Poroshenko confirms Kiev's call for a UN peacekeeping mission so far has rejected the possibility. In the spring of 2014, armed conflict began in the eastern part of Ukraine between Ukrainian government soldiers and pro-Russian rebels. Since then, more than 10,000 people have been killed.
