Deceptions of the nongovernmental organisation leave Ferizan's Obiliq home

The municipalities have divided the land, construction permits have created all the conditions for functioning these buildings.

But even after these years no child has stepped on their threshold.

In UNICEF, however, they suspect that it was all a fraud, writes Word newspaper.

Never has this organization had an agreement with U NICEF for project financing in these two municipalities.

They had also signed understanding agreements with “Streeting” so that after five years the objects would remain in the service of municipalities.

The agreement of understanding and co-operation between the municipality of Obilic and the NGO has been signed on 2 June by the mayor of Xhafer Gashi and travel representative Arton Selimi.

In that same year, the brutal construction of the nesting facility was completed.

While nest construction in Ferizaj had begun in July. But the work was not finished.

Its construction was interrupted without warning on the part of the construction company “Pristina”. They had claimed to have stopped work because they are not being financially supported by the organization.

I've been forced to interrupt the work, I don't have the most financial opportunity to continue them, and from the NGO “Ration” no one is reporting”, said construction company head Gani Lalinovci, for media.

U n NICEF in the same year has issued a reaction stating that this organisation has never contributed to nest construction, whether in Obilic, Ferizaj or elsewhere.

“U n NICEF Kosova has never entered into any such contractual agreement with the NGO ♫ Streeting”, says U response NICEF, Report Word.

With the nongovernmental organisation, registered as the youth organisation <x0Ration”, the Word newspaper has failed to contact, since both numbers that have been declared to the Ministry of Public Administration are not members of this organisation.

Even the address of the office in Calabria which the founders of this NGO had declared does not exist.

In the Obilic municipality, meanwhile, they refuse to be deceived, but according to officials from the Public and Emergency Services Directorate in this municipality, Burim Grguri has come from the organisation itself.

Gergur tells Word Gazette that the municipality is unaware U n NICEF is aware of the nest malfunction.

I'm very much hoping that the youth organisation” is aware of this, he says.

The municipality is also unaware of the amount of donations that according to the organisation was given by the U. NICEF.

In the agreement signed with the chairman of Obilic and representative of the <x0R roadway, the municipality is said to have divided 10 gold of land in the Old Obilic location for this project.

While construction works were contracted to undertake construction company “Pristina”, which allegedly never received the money for the job he did.

The representative of this company, Adem Berisha, has refused to give any answers, nor as far as the organisation's commitment to the work done is done.

Berisha has indicated I can all give municipal answers.
