Customs issues instructions to ease passage for customs travelers

Kosovo customs has issued instructions for its staff at border crossings in order to facilitate the passage for travellers in terms of customs procedures.

“The general director has demanded that the border checkpoint staff should be on the level of office and should be aware of their concerns and the eventual challenges they have been able to deal with along the way, so he has issued instructions to reflect respect and understanding”, said a media communique.

As far as goods can eventually be carried along, the staff has been instructed to analyze specific cases and not create situations when fellow countrymen are delayed for trivial matters.
