Court in Pristina condemns four persons for robbery

The H.M. accused has been convicted and sentenced to a unique prison sentence of three years and fine sentences of many 800 euros in co-ordination because he had committed criminal offence and criminal work possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons.

The accused A.H. has been convicted and sentenced to a unique prison sentence of three years and two months and fine sentences of many 1,000 euros, because in co-ordination he had committed criminal offence, as well as criminal possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons.

Charged K. R has been convicted and sentenced to unique prison sentences during the length of 3 (tri) years of 2wedy) months and fine sentences of many 1,000 euros, because in co-ordination it had committed criminal theft and possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons.

Charged A.K. It has been convicted and sentenced to prison sentences in length of 6 (six) months and fines in many of 700 euros because it carried out the criminal work of imports, exports, transportation, production, exchange, mediation or unauthorized weapons or explosive matter.

The court has found that the accused in co-ordination under the preliminary agreement have been robbed in various forms with the aim of illegal property gains.
