Meanwhile, the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security, Federica Moghrini, has indicated that on Monday in Brussels, he will be the host of an informal meeting of Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.
Mrs. Moghrin's office has announced that this conversation takes place after bilateral meetings during the Southeast European Co-operation Process (SEECP), which was held in Dubrovnik.
On the other hand, political analyst Shkelzen Maliqi told Radio Free Europe that the European Union will now try to restore the situation in the Balkans, and that, according to him, will start with normalising reports between Kosovo and Serbia.
This appointment should clarify a re-Location, eventually offer dialog frames. I think that President Thaci will also insist on changing the direction or at least termising future dialogue and switch from the normalisation phase to the stage of, I say, prior to mutual recognition of the two states”, Maliqi said.
