This is the reaction of Darko Butigan, Croatian lawyer of Ismail Morina, who in an exclusive interview for Top Channel explains everything.
Mr. Morina's history is very complicated. The Serbian government wants to be extradited, as it will be tried for criminal acts, or criminal instigation among the nations”.
A charge which is sentenced to 1 to 8 years in prison. But in this case we cannot say that the criminal act of inciting hatred has been committed. Currently, only 60,000 Albanians live in Serbia, meaning 0.8% of the population. After the match there has been no case of violence or confusion between the Albanian minority and the Serbian majority”.

We have done this because they think that in Serbia, because of his Albanian nationality, there will be no fair judgment. This issue we're talking about takes a long time of procedurals ranging from 5 to 9 months”.
“According to the law, our justice ministry should immediately extradite it to Belgrade, but the procedure we have asked for protection will not allow any action to take place until this procedure is completed”, the lawyer said.
