For this, the Election Commission for Anxiety and Parashtre has drafted a guide on how citizens can complain if they see any violations of candidates or parties during local elections, and what are the possible penalties for these violations, writes Indexline.
The political companies competing in elections are barred from taking actions that are contrary to the Code of Goodwill and violating legal provisions, including CEC regulations. Rule no. 012012 on the Categories of Punishment and Fines determines the sentences possible for election violations. PZAP imposes heavier fines for political subjects which are represented in Kosovo's Kovedin, compared to subjects not represented in the Assembly”, this PZAP guide says.
