The Assembly should be dedicated within a month

On the basis of the Kosovo Constitution, Article 66, point 1, the Kosovo Assembly is elected to a four-year term, starting on the day of the constitutional hearing, held within thirty days of the official announcement of election results.

This suggests that the Assembly should be dedicated by August 8th, that is, a month from yesterday's July 8th, when election results were certified.

After the constitution was introduced, according to Article 95 of the Kosovo Constitution, point 1. President of the Republic of Kosovo proposes the candidate for prime minister, in consultation with the political party or the coalition that has won the necessary majority in the Assembly to form Government.

According to this point, coalition prime minister PDK-AAK-Nisma, Ramush Haradinaj, will try to form the government first time on the basis of votes won in the election.

While provision 2 and the same article, the candidate for prime minister, not later than 15 (15) days after the appointment, represents the composition of the government before the Kosovo Assembly and requires the approval of the Parliament.

According to Article 95's score, the government is considered elected if it receives the majority of votes of all Kosovo Assembly deputies.

Until Article 95's 4th point says, if the proposed composition of the Government does not get the most necessary votes, the president of the Republic of Kosovo, within ten (10) days, appoints the other candidate according to the same procedure.

“If not the second time the Government is not elected, then Kosovo's president announces the elections, which should be held no later than 40 (40) days from the day of their proclamation”, it is said further to the point 4.

The first constitution of the Parliament is led by the oldest elected MP and the youngest elected MP.
