Despite opposition objections and accusations of favouring the candidate for prime minister from the PAN ranks, on the part of Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, the latter following the advisory meeting he had with coalition representatives today. PAN has decided that the Convention Constituent session will be held on August 3rd.
However, informed judicial analysts do not feel the same way. According to them, the president has acted with full political and state maturity.
Riza Smaka, law-dedicated law expert, has said of éndeksonline, that opposition parties such as the VV and LDK are losing in the June 11th elections, so these should not, according to him, impede the process of the Assembly Constituent hearing.
The president has acted with political and state discretion. It has waited until conditions for maintaining a successful constitutional session are established, so that it will not be put to the process of repeating elections that are costly. This is of the sosa or normal consumed circumstances in our country”, he said.
Smaka says Kosovo is where bad things can happen, but according to him, it would not be good for parties that have turned out to be losers to do so.
“under normal circumstances should not opposition parties prevent the session process, they are losing political parties, and it would be good to be correct with parliamentary rules even with the provision in force. But it still remains to be seen until the day the hearing starts, but normal we are the place where anything can happen, but these bad events and situations that other countries don't like should not make these parties because they have turned out to be a loss of”, it is expressed.

And on the other hand, well-known politicalologist Belul Beqaj spoke of "Indescsonline," saying the PAN's possibility of forming the government is not disfellowshipped. But according to him, no government should be created which has political conditions.
The PAN's ability to create institutions is not excluded. But any government that is created with conditioning and with no respectful political will, on the other hand, will cause opposition reactions. Therefore, more important than the creation of the disabled government is the quality and way of creating it”, it is expressed.

Beqaj has further indicated that the opposition has no right to block the session process, but if the session is not conducted according to parliamentary rules then the same has the right to react.
The “Oposor has no need, no right to block the session process if legal procedures and obligations are respected, but if they are not respected, the task is to react if the session is conducted outside the process and regulations that are respected”, it is complete.
