AKR gives PAN the final answer

New Kosovo coalition is determined not to abandon coalition with LDK to join PAN.

Vice President of this subject Vesel Makolli has said the AKR has examined all options and has made the final decision to remain loyal to the coalition they are currently in.

We won't join PAN. We are waiting for them to fail and the president gives us the mandate. All options have been considered, and we've made the decision that I'm loyal to the coalition where we're”, Makolli said of the Indexline.

AKR senior official says even if PAN makes 61 votes and forms the government, then it would be unstable and dependent on the Serb List, which would not have lasted long.

Makolli has said that officially he is aware they have not received offers from the winning election coalition.

On the other hand, Makolli has also spoken of the possibility that AKR MP Labinot Tahiri will vote for Haradinaj.

“There may have been some slight fluctuation, but in the end it has been taken with respect to the party's stance and I don't believe there will be votes for PAN from AKR. Lab is a humanitarian person and he didn't analyze it enough. He could have slipped a statement. Even journalists can misinterpret it. I know he supports all party decisions”, Makoli added.

On Thursday, the Constituent sessions will be held, where the Headship and Speaker of the Assembly are expected to be resolved.

While, the government could be put to the polls one day after the constitution.
