Ahmeti: Great mosque to be built, municipality to implement law

Pristina Mayor Shpend Ahmeti has said that the mosque in the neighbourhood of Dedania will be built and that the municipality will implement the law, adding that it is not done for anger or anyone's sake.

He has asked the PDK's voices to have patience, because, as he says, many months now go to embassies and accuse them of Islamhobi, and now become as if they are upset about the mosque.

Saber! You've been going to the embassy for a month and accusing us like “islamista”. Now gather to be upset about the Great Mosque. You choose where you want to attack and you suck that propaganda should also be a conspiracy.

The case of the Great Mosque and the debate is not religious and we are not afraid of these subjects. So don't try to take advantage of these subjects because we're not divided into” Islamista” of “lamob”.

The mosque will be built, while the municipality's task is to implement the law. Since it is the largest mosque in Kosovo, we need to take care of the urban and aesthetic aspect more than ordinary objects. As the largest mosque will be the reference point beyond our mandates of pan embarrassment.
