The Pristina Constitutional Court this Wednesday has concluded the retrial against them, declaring the fifth guilty, writes Koha Ditore today.

However, unlike the first time, Besnik Latifi, Gazmend Haliti, Milazizim Hadziaj, Enis Latifi and Fehmi Musa will suffer 31 years less imprisonment.

The court has argued that the court is dropping the sentence with the redefining of criminal acts. While the prosecution has charged them with criminal acts: preparing terrorist acts, the court has found them guilty of pushing the acts of terrorism to the attempt.
