More than 20 sessions postponed within a week

General Department Judge Naim Krasniqi - Jashanica at her office's door, she put in an announcement she canceled all sessions that were previously scheduled to hold Friday.

Judge Krasniqi --Jasanica for “Justice Vow”, said he did it because there is currently no legal official and thus cannot hold sessions.

According to the judge for this reason only this week did not hold approximately 20 sessions.

My “Secretariat is on an annual holiday, even though several times before I applied to the court secretary to appoint me an official, but the same is not the same”, Judge Krasniqi-Jashnica said.

Only during Friday were six sessions held at the same judge, three of which were accused of being in custody.

The session has been postponed against Daim Bunjak, who has been charged with <x0 use of municipal services”, Egzon Behram and Kastriot Hammolli for a serious “ ” and Blerim Baftiu and Besert Avdylite, for “cause of general risk in co-chair”.

The three accused had come from detention centres, but their sessions had not been held for the same reason.

“I am sorry for the separate parties for the defendants who found themselves in custody, but for the high reasons the hearings have been cancelled”, Judge Krasniqi stressed. - Yashanica

During Thursday and Friday no court hearings were held long ago at Judge Naser Foniqi, who has been judge at the General Department, but has now passed to the Department of Criminals.

These sessions have been postponed indefinitely, while so far there is no information about who has replaced Judge Foniqi in the General Department.

The “Justice Vow” has requested information on these issues from Pristina Foundation Court spokeswoman Mirlinda Gashi, but the same has not provided this information since it has shown it is on medical leave.
