100 thousand fine money for anyone who doesn't move the civil situation he lives in

After July 28th, citizens who do not comply with civilian settlements will be fined 10 thousand new money.

This value will be collected at the very first moment when the resident is looking for certificates or neighborhood confirmation. But the fine is not the only penalty for citizens who do not follow the law.
Civil Administration Director Bledar Doracaj explains they will have problems with services such as civil offices, parking cards that will be put into place, but also with child registration in gardens and schools.

But how will people who have more than one house apply?
They are excluded from fines only residents who have changed residences, but not civil conditions.

However, even this category has to go to the administrative unit to declare the new address.
After July 28th, which marks and the deadline, the law envisions sanctions.

For any relocation of the settlement and civil situation, procedures take place free within 31 days, after that deadline the application of a 100 thousand-year-old fine.
