Through a communique for the media, the Vetevendosje Movement has announced that Pristina's Constitutional Court, with Judge Becir Kaluldra, has once again postponed home arrest for four Vetevendosje activists, who are burdened with charges of assaulting the Kosovo Assembly object.
Kalldra's decision, Vetevendosje, has called it injustice to activists who are being held in house arrest for 10 months, writes Periscopi.
Vetevendosje claims activists are being held without facts. According to her, the only fact about keeping them is the desire of power from the past government.
Judge Bekir Kaluldra has decided to continue injustice to activists who have been held for 10 months in house arrest. Continuing their arrest until August 28th, the detention of 1 year under political charges mounted for activists Adea Batusha, Egzon Haliti, Frasher Krasniqi and Atte Arifi takes place. The court ruling is a copy of him two months ago. This copy tells of the desire to keep activists in and not to establish justice. In the past decision, it wrote that they are held because on political agenda it is the issue of detradition and that their release could pose a danger. Likewise, in today's decision, it writes in spite of changing circumstances and that this issue is no longer on the agenda. Removing freedom for four young activists, completely innocent of what they are accused of, tells of a state of disfigured justice. They're being held without facts. The only fact about maintaining them is the desire of power by the past government”, says Vetevendosje's announcement.
Vetevendosje requires the release of activists as soon as possible, a decision that he would call <x0->a guarantee of the liberation of justice”.
The release of them is a sign of freedom of justice. Until then, they are the proof of a society that functions with the” dictates at the end. /Periscopi/
