The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, has left open the possibility of joining the ruling coalition with the three parties Vetevendosje, AAK and Nisman. Thus, outgoing prime minister has left co-operation with Kadri Wessel's party unblocked.
In a status in “Facebook”, he has said that if they agree with program policies, then the LDK is ready for co-operation.
It's in our own will to appreciate, of course no resentment or anger, but not even accepting external animations, what's in the country's interest. The fundamental question being asked is what changes the country needs? The answer as the LDK will be sought in our internal dialogue, in talking with the AAK with the Initiative. We'll look towards the future. If we agree on our concepts and if we manage to find common ways, then the solution will also be common”, he wrote.

The basic wisdom of a political subject is to read the election result right. At the same time, for individuals with different political trends and biases, it is easier to read the result just as they want it, and I as LDK chairman am accused of being angry and instigious.
The truth of these elections is that no Albanian political subject can create its own government with these votes, nor with non-US communities. The other sad truth is that the country's governance risks being highly dependent on the will of the Serbian List, from Serbia respectively, if we do not find Albanian consensus. And another truth is that LDK's stances not to continue the reserved mandates for non-most communities minimize this risk from the Serbian list, because by analyzing their participation in these elections, with reserved seats they would manage to have up to 20 deputies in the Assembly, which would be completely unfair.
It is irrefutable fact that citizens in this election were declared at around 34 % of the vote with this government country The PDK with the AAK with the Initiative and ten other subjects that found their proximity to the PDK. So rule those who are blamed for the capture of the state, extortion, corrupt relationships... The fact is that some 28 % of the citizens gave the vote to the VV, to the subject that, along with the AAK and the Initiative, in this mandate filled the Assembly with tear gas, brought us up with Moldovans and suspected of other acts. So those who committed acts of violence acted in overthrowing the government. And also the fact is that the LDK Coalition, the AKR, the Alternative and the Justice Movement gave trust to about 26% of the vote. So, the subject that in the last term led the Government of Kosovo, which ensures high economic growth, reduction of unemployment, did not have a relationship with corrupters and was hampered by visa liberalisation, not only by the opposition but also by its MPs.
If we take it as a mathematical response, it is difficult to qualify this vote as a vote for change. As a mathematical relationship, it cannot be collected and qualified even as a vote for continued governance, as someone tries to interpret it. Because no subject has taken most. So every political subject has the right to read and understand the results as they figure.
It's not in the will of anger or anger that I as LDK chairman decide against whom we should position ourselves. It is the responsibility of the LDK and the coalition partners to assess our outcome and general election results in our bodies and decide on further actions. It is unfair for someone to claim that I have decided on my own for the 2014 weekend coalition with the PDK. It is true that I have signed the coalition agreement and that I do not regret such an agreement. But I made the deal on the basis of the LDK General Council's decision. But, also, it is true that coalition opposition now with the PDK is not only a matter of my will, but a full consensus of LDK branches not to become a coalition in this mandate with the PDK. That's why it's a closed case.
As for the interpretation that I or LDK will oppose the changes, if we don't coalition with the VV or if we don't join Vetevendosje, I think it's a wrong interpretation. Citizens have not decided that. None of the competing subjects in this election has received the full trust of citizens to govern. It's in our own will to appreciate, of course, no anger or anger, but not even accepting external animations, what's in the interest of the country.
The fundamental question being asked is what changes the country needs? The answer as the LDK will be sought in our internal dialogue, in talking with the AAK with the Initiative. We'll look towards the future. If we agree on our concepts and if we can find common ways, then the solution will be common. If not, citizens this time have assigned the country to any subject, rightly or not, well informed or not, it is another matter, but we will act according to the people's verdict.
