Albanian political parties, the Democratic Union for Integration (BDI) and the Alliance for Albanians, which are part of the government coalition, provide no details whether a new law on the use of ethnic communities in the concrete Albanian language programme is included, writes the REL. They say the government programme has included the programming points of Albanian parties, but without specifying the content or deadline of their approval.

But from the Besa Movement, they had earlier announced that they did not participate in this meeting, which they called theatre. This party, which is the largest Albanian opposition in Macedonia's Parliament, has demanded that the meeting be held in the country among parliamentary groups, with two points of the agenda, “reviewing a written report by DUI and the Alliance for Albanians, what is included in the government programme by the Albanian Joint Declaration of Political Partys in Macedonia, and what dynamic will be realised by”, as well as the second item that requires the plan for the Albanian-language draft law and the creation of working groups for the practice of its <x>
Experts, on the other hand, say the Language Law should be among the priority laws for Government, as there were numerous controversy and tension on the political scene that led to violence in the Assembly on April 27th.
“I think that the Albanian political parties will not be able to put in order the days of those laws that are prioritized and approved by the Parliament, of course it will be a failure of their policy and I believe those subjects should be distanced after making promises to realise such a”.
Despite the attempt to be overshadowed, I think it is the next moment that parties insist on adopting the Law on Language on the part of Macedonia's Parliament, on the contrary we will have a backward of all that has been spoken so far”, says Besa Kadriu, a legal expert.
The Albanian political parties' declaration, known differently as the “Platform of Tirana”, envisions expanding the use of Albanian language at the level of the Republic, equal to Macedonian language, the use of national symbols, increased representation in state institutions, whitewashing many suspicious judicial processes, good neighbourly policy, accelerating the country's integration into NATO and the European Union, as well as a host of issues dealing with ethnic rights and the consolidation of institutions.
