The agreement reached between Montenegro and Kosovo is expected to soon go to the Assembly to vote as such.
Prime Minister Haradinaj weeks ago, asked MPs to vote on him.
Deputy Chairman of the Commission for Foreign Affairs Time Kadrijaj explains how the new Commission's report will be voted in the Assembly, only the old agreement, or even the new Commission's report.
She says that next week it is expected to be sent to the Commission to analyse and then proceed to the assembly.
While European Integration Commission member Zenun Pajaziti says the new Commission has sent nothing new to the report.
This commission has no mandate for a new agreement. He's got the mandate to see the work of the preliminary commission. In my opinion it is wrong because it has been the state commission, it has been a commission that has prepared an agreement, as has another international commission that has approved the work of that commission.
We as the PDK have had a stand on this and have not changed. It is the prime minister's responsibility and the entire political spectrum to analyze the entire situation and act in accordance with civic interest.
In the past government mandate, which was composed of PDK, Serbian List and LDK, the demarcation agreement was not even brought to the polls because the opposition, part of which was Ramush Haradinaj himself, had even used tear gas to prevent it.
