Japan will organise military maneuvers for missile detection on Monday and Tuesday, with US and South Korean forces, Japanese officials announced today, under Korean-verial ballistic threats.
The announcement of these sixth maneuvers of this type since 2016 among the three nations takes place at least two weeks after the launch by pheanus of another interctinal ballistic missile that has fallen on the Yapina Sea.
“These maneuvers will take place in the waters near Japan”, Japanese Defence Minister Itsunori Onodera stressed, visiting a garrison in the north of the Archipelago, past Atsh.
Tensions have risen gradually over the past two years in the region due to the acceleration of North Korea's nuclear and ballistic programmes, condemned by the international community.
